Bonding and Commitment in Buyer-seller Relationships: a Cross- Cultural Comparison in Banking

چکیده
One of the important features of this study is to examine the moderating effect of national culture on the bonding-commitment link. Results reveal that individualism moderates the bondingcommitment relationship. In more collectivist societies, social bonding has a stronger effect on commitment whereas in cultures characterized as individualistic, structural bonding has a stronger effect on commitment.
